I'm Nishant Dheer — a lifestyle and soft skills coach with a story most coaches don't carry. I spent 11 years in the corporate world, understanding how professionals rise, fall, communicate, and lead in real environments. Currently, I hold a leadership position at a multinational corporation — which means everything I teach comes from someone still in the arena, not just someone who's been there.
I cleared the written and interview rounds for both the Indian Army and Indian Navy — an experience that rewired how I think about discipline, pressure, and showing up when it counts.
